MS: Avocent and LANDesk: Enterprise IT Management
Please join Trusted Network Solutions and Avocent/LANDesk engineers as we take a technical look at the latest offerings for IT infrastructure management from the desktop to the datacenter. The goal is to make your job easier with global remote control and centralized endpoint management.
The
Avocent section of the technical presentation will focus on access and control of IT infrastructure from servers, to networks to storage using KVM over IP, console server, intelligent power and service processor solutions. The
LANDesk presentation will focus on the technical aspects of management and protection of corporate desktops and mobile devices. Topics from provisioning to patch management, asset tracking, inventory, security and service desk will be covered. At the conclusion of the second section our engineers will discuss the recently released and jointly developed, LANDesk Server Manager product.
This will be a technical seminar where we explore not only the separate solutions offered by Avocent and LANDesk but also the integration of these complementary technologies. Avocent will utilize a portable data center to give a real world feel for data center management. Both an Avocent and a LANDesk engineer will lead the respective presentations and both will answer technical questions. This is a wonderful opportunity to get detailed technical information directly from experienced IT Management engineers.
