T3: Introduction to VMware
Are you getting the most out of your server hardware? Do you have servers that are not fully utilized? Do you need more servers but don’t want to get more hardware? Server Virtualization is the way to accomplish all of these. VMware has server virtualization products that will utilize your hardware more efficiently and make it easier to create new servers.
Server Virtualization has been mostly available and used by large enterprises but is now starting to be used by Small to Medium Businesses (SMB). With server consolidation and disaster recovery becoming more important for SMBs, VMware is now being looked at as the solution to assist accomplish these needs.
In this seminar, you will learn the requirements for virtualizing your environment, get an overview of VMware’s ESX Server, and see ESX server in action.
The
“T3: Introduction to VMware” training seminar will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2007. This seminar will be offered twice, once in the morning and then again in the afternoon. Please only register for one session. A light lunch served between the sessions. The schedule is:
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Morning Session
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch for participants of both Session
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon Session
