T3: Email Basics
Email has become like dial tone on your telephone. People rely on it just as much as they do the telephone. When it is not working correctly, business professionals get upset. It is important for email administrators to know how to keep their email systems running smoothly and efficiently as well as troubleshoot problems when they arise.
Email administrators face many challenges. The largest one is SPAM. Around 90% of all email is SPAM and when more time is spent separating the “good” email from the SPAM than actually reading it, productivity drops.
This seminar will help you learn the basics of setting up email and troubleshooting problems. It will also look at some of the methods being used to prevent SPAM.
