T3: Wireless LANs 101
Wireless networks continue to be implemented in companies large and small. The flexibility and mobility of wireless is very attractive to many network administrators and end users. Wireless products continue to evolve as demand increases. New technologies such as wireless switching and wireless controllers are changing the landscape.
Of course, no WLAN discussion would be complete without talking about security. Basic security techniques even home users should employ will be covered. We will then expand to more advanced security practices found in business environments.
Our focus will be the technical aspects of Wireless LANs in general as well as new developments in wireless technologies. Wireless security best practices will also be discussed.
