TNS DONATES TO HELP THE UTAH ASSOCIATION FOR INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES
Trusted Networks Solutions announces a charitable contribution to the local community
Salt Lake City, Utah, December 26, 2010 – Today, Dave Norwood, President of Trusted Network Solutions, publicly announced a charitable contribution to the local community. UAID, the Utah Association for Intellectual Disabilities is an organization dedicated to supporting Utah individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families via healthy lifestyles, self-esteem building and life-enriching activities. In addition to donating gifts and clothing, the TNS Staff donated their time to UAID as well.
“The gifts and volunteerism amongst TNS employees represent the power of how a small team can make a difference within a large community,” stated Dave Norwood. “The true impact of giving is felt strongest during the holidays. Support for homeless shelters, domestic violence sanctuaries, health clinics and organizations like UAID provide warmth to many during a cold time of year.”
Sharon Schaugaard, Office Manager at Trusted Network Solutions, stated that, “While we definitely made a difference this year, next year our goal is to provide even more. We’ve found an organization that, overshadowed by more well-known charities, both needed and deserved our resources.”
